Big Game Inc (BGI) is a subsidiary of PhilWeb that operates PAGCOR e-Games Cafes. It is one of several groups that own multiple PAGCOR e-Games Cafes. BGI is headed by PhilWeb Senior Vice President Raul E. Bandera, with Ferdimark Mariano as Operations Manager.

PhilWeb Gaming Solutions Inc (PGSI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary that offers and operates custom-made promotional gaming solutions, typically for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies. Clients of PGSI include Smart Communications, Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines Inc., and SM Malls.

PSR, Inc operates the gaming platform on behalf of PhilWeb for the Premyo Sa Resibo program of the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

PTEC was formed to establish, operate and maintain tourism and leisure activities, except in the travel agency business, and facilities including but not limited to hotels, courts, stadiums and other facilities for the conduct of any and all kinds of sports and games. PTEC has a pending application for land-based casino license with PAGCOR.

PCC is intended to develop, engage, and maintain gaming systems and applications for all types of casino operations, whether land-based, internet-based or virtual.
