Our Management Training Program

PhilWeb’s Management Training Program actively searches for and develops young talent into exceptional business leaders to drive the Company’s growth in and out of the Philippines. Ours is a challenging process, which provides accelerated opportunities to apply oneself and to learn from more experienced managers in different business units. Since its inception in 2008, we have been recruiting fresh graduates who are at the top of their class, are confident, determined to succeed, and are not afraid to think outside the box.

Management Trainees undergo a year–long rotational program where they are exposed to various types of operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of the business. Their performance is regularly evaluated by the Management Committee, and at the end of theprogram, top performing Management Trainees become full -time employees assigned to a particular business unit.
