Our Management Training Program

PhilWeb’s Management Training Program actively searches for and develops young talent into exceptional business leaders to drive the Company’s growth in and out of the Philippines. Ours is a challenging process which provides accelerated opportunities to apply oneself and to learn from experienced managers in different business units. Qualified candidates would have graduated at the top of their class, are self-confident, determined to succeed and are not afraid to think outside the box. We’re not necessarily looking for a background in or exposure to gaming or gambling, but we’re looking for fresh graduates who are able to think on their feet and bring real value to the organization.

Management Trainees undergo a rotational one year program where they are exposed to various types of operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of the business through on-the-job training within their assigned business units. Their performance is regularly evaluated by the Management Committee, and at the end of the Program, top performing Management Trainees become full-time employees of a particular business unit.
