    • HR GENERALIST

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Coordinates processing and delivery of all human resource needs of assigned account with HR Operations Team

      • Develops, maintains and conducts human resource programs, systems and structures of managed account according to nature of strategic business unit needs, objectives and organizational context

      • Renders HR expert advice on personnel issues and employment systems as requested by business partners

      • Monitors and documents all human resource activities and developments for BigGame Inc.

      • Generates HR reports and metrics for use by HR team members

      Qualifications:

      • College graduate with a degree in Psychology, Behavioral or Social Science or its equivalent, preferably with post-graduate units in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations

      • Must have at least 3 – 5 years progressive experience in General Human Resources Administration, preferably with exposure in HR Account Management functions

      • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management position in said function, preferably gained in a dynamic, fast-paced industry

      • Must have intermediate knowledge in all facets of Human Resources: Recruitment, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Policy and Organizational Development

    • PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Administers the Company’s payroll software and updates pertinent human resource information and compensation in the system

      • Monitors timekeeping and compensation issues and answers queries relating to the same

      • Generates and prepares semi-monthly, monthly, annual payroll reports and government reports

      • Documents all matters affecting employee compensation

      • Generates HR reports and metrics for use by HR team members

      Qualifications:

      • College graduate with a degree in Psychology, Behavioral or Social Science or its equivalent

      • At least 1 – 3 years of experience in timekeeping and payroll administration, preferably with experience in handling payroll software

      • Must have a broad knowledge in the following disciplines: Payroll and Benefits Administration, Taxation, Government Reporting

      • Must be detail-oriented and have good mathematical ability

    • MANPOWER PLANNING AND RECRUITMENT OFFICER

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Delivers various recruitment and placement activities for the organization

      • Maintains an updated pool of applicants for frequently requested positions

      • Conducts background checks of candidates for hiring

      • Coordinates with different departments and HR account managed units for documentation, contracts, and personnel action notices

      • Participates in all recruitment activities and projects such as, but not limited to, college relations programs or university tie-ups, recruitment affairs, etc.

      • Submits updated manpower data for processing by HR Operations Team

      Qualifications:

      • College graduate with a degree in AB/BS Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or Social Sciences, Post-graduate units in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations are preferred

      • Must have at least one 1 – 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with specialization in Manpower Planning and/or Recruitment

      • Must have at least 1 year experience in a specialist or supervisory position in the said function, preferably gained in a recruitment-intensive industry

      • Knowledgeable in legislations and regulations related to Human Resources, especially Recruitment and must be familiar with Psychometrics

      • Background in Targeted Selection Interviewing or Behavioral Interviewing is preferred, but not required

      • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral

    • FIELD SUPPORT STAFF

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Provides 24/7 technical support to the different Company products and services

      • Maintains the performance of Company products, including hardware and software and documents transactions handled by updating the ticketing system

      • Supports the Company products in the provision of quality services by recommending permanent fixes to recurring or potential technical concerns

      • Responsible for quick CCTV video retrieval and remote network forwarding

      Qualifications:

      • College graduate, with a degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering

      • Knowledgeable in computer assembly, troubleshooting and establishment of network infrastructure

      • Must have 1 – 2 years hardware and network support experience

      • Knowledgeable in developing workstation setup (security) in all platform levels

      • Must have in-depth hardware and network troubleshooting skills and have knowledge in both Windows and Linux

      • Must have at least 1 programming background using any of the following languages: PHP, vb6, and vb.net

      • Must have good documentation skills

    • SENIOR GRAPHIC ARTIST

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Works with Account Managers in the end-to-end process of a design work, including presentation of studies, revisions, and final artwork

      • Provides ideas and creative direction that follow the projects’ creative briefs and the Company’s branding

      • Assists the Corporate Communications Team in brainstorming and idea generation for all design work needed by the Ongpin Group of Companies

      Qualifications:

      • College graduate with a degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or any of its equivalent

      • Must have 2 – 3 years of experience in related field

      • Has the ability to manage time, and to meet deadlines given tight schedules

      • Exposure to websites, videos and photography is an advantage

      • Experienced in using Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects

      • Knowledge in Google Sketch-up is an advantage

  • Information Technology

    • ANALYST PROGRAMMER

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Responsible for creating and maintaining software that will be used by the different business groups in the Company

      • Ensures that software and systems are properly functioning and makes upgrade as necessary

      • Helps business operations utilize information systems to improve efficiency

      • Provides complete documentation of the required systems and manages projects in a timely manner

      • Reviews the work of others to ensure conformance with established guidelines, methods, procedures and policies

      • Analyzes new technologies that can be used and applied to current operations

      • Analyzes, develops, and implements a project component and integrates all functional elements quickly and efficiently into a fully functional system

      Qualifications:

      • College graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course

      • Must have at least one (1) year solid related work experience

      • Must have knowledge in Linux OS, PC troubleshooting, TCP/IP, and rapid application development environments and related tools

      • Must have an in-depth database knowledge (MySQL and MS SQL)

    • NOC SUPERVISOR

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Serves as level 1 support for co-location, customer back-up network and services

      • Analyzes NOC activities and documented resolutions

      • Identifies problem areas, devises and delivers solutions, works with contractors to enhance quality of service

      • Monitors and test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved

      • Tracks and analyzes NOC request trends and creates statistical reports for management

      • Supervises 24/7 operations of the NOC team

      • Manages the NOC team to ensure that all team schedules and deadlines are met

      Qualifications:

      • College graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent
